them here.
HOW TO CREATE BICC EXPORT FILES
THERE IS NO NEED TO CREATE THE EXPORT FILE ANYMORE - YOU CAN MAIL THE COMPLETE DATABASE TO THE BDO INSTEADTo save your BDO Executive for a lot of work, and also to prevent typing errors and speed up the process to publish the latest BICC results on www.bdodarts.com, it is now possible (and recommended by the BDO) to create export files from DfW that can be mailed to your Executive. The files are 100% compatible with the BDO software and the data can be imported directly into the BICC system software.
HOW TO USE THE BICC "READY TO GO" DATABASES IN DFW
From version 2.7.2.2, you can download and open databases for use in BICC matches,
straight into Darts for Windows without the need for importing the players. You must be connected to
the internet to use the "Download" function in DfW. If your pc is not connected to the internet,
download the file manually, unzip (uncompress) the .dfw file and copy the file
to your "database" folder on your offline computer and the open the database from the "File -> Database -> Open" menu item.
Click the menu "Download" to open the screen.
Set the filter to BICC "Ready to go" databases as shown below. DfW will now download the
latest available databases into the grid.
Browse to the match you want to download the "Ready to go" file for and double click to download the
database and set it to the active database. If you just want to download without loading the database into DfW,
select the row by single clicking and then right click to open the
download menu. Click the item as shown below to download the datbase.
After the database has been downloaded, the "Add new players" screen will pop up just to
show you that the operation were successful.
The final task now is to create the MB/WB and WA/WB teams from the menu "Tools -> Add players and teams -> Add County team" after the draw has been made.
You may also add more players if you have a new player not listed in the import.
